You can choose to map your sender address to the inbound email address that customers contact you on. With this option, if a customer contacts you through support@examply.com, then your replies will also come from support@examply.com.
Important: In order for this feature to work, you must have already set up, verified and authenticated custom addresses and domains.
Pro Tip: Authenticated domains reduce the risk of outgoing emails being flagged as spam.
How to set it up
Go to Settings > Email > Addresses & domains and scroll down to “Default sender address”:
Choose the option to “Map to inbound email address”:
Select the custom address that will be the default reply address for group conversations, forwards and notification emails, then click “Save”:
